Choosing a muzzle for your dog can be challenging when there are so many aspects to consider.
Safety, comfort and design are a high priority and that's why we support Muzzle Movement muzzles. Available in a growing range of shapes, sizes and colour combos they may be just what you are looking for for your dog.
We offer a fitting service so that you can be assured that your dog is measured correctly, can physically try on the muzzles to ensure they fit securely and with ample pant room. You can then order in confidence from the Muzzle Movement retailer in NZ.
We have a lot of experience with a range of dogs of all shapes and sizes and temperaments. We do not rush any dog in to wearing a muzzle and can even help you train your dog to feel more positive about wearing a muzzle too.
What to expect in a Muzzle Fitting appointment
Allow up to 1 hour
We will discuss the purpose of your muzzle purchase - to prevent scavenging, to prevent catching prey, to prevent contact with people or other dogs
Measurements are required in order to more accurately advise which muzzle will be best suited.
These measurements can be taken by yourselves in advance or during the fitting service to ensure they are correct.
Using a size guide the most suitable muzzle will be selected to try on your dog if appropriate.
Adjustments may be made or recommended
Colour options, add on extras and customisation are all discussed
Please note this is purely a fitting service, we do not sell the muzzles directly. It can ensure you order the correct muzzle for your dog to avoid costly mistakes. Dogs vary so much in their shapes that this option can be wise to ensure their safety and comfort.
Fitting Fee $80/dog

Fitting Days Will be Scheduled for areas out of Dunedin
