Tracking is one of the most rewarding activities you can do with your dog. Every dog has an incredible sense of smell, and tracking gives them the opportunity to use it in the way nature intended.
At Allsorts Dog Training, our tracking programme teaches dogs to confidently follow a human scent trail across a variety of environments to find articles or people. Whether you're looking for a fun new challenge, wanting to build your dog's confidence, or hoping to develop practical working skills, tracking is suitable for dogs of all breeds, ages, and experience levels.

Our Training

Our progressive programme is designed to develop both handler and dog. You'll learn how to:

• Read your dog's body language while tracking.
• Understand scent, wind, and environmental influences.
• Lay and age tracks correctly.
• Progress from simple beginner tracks to more challenging terrain.
• Build reliability, accuracy, and endurance.
  
  

Training is tailored to suit each individual dog, ensuring they progress at a pace that keeps them motivated and successful.

6 x 1.5 hour sessions

When: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Next Course:  Starts Tuesday 13th October
13th, 20th, 27th October, 3rd, 10th, 17th November

Cost: $195/dog

No previous experience is necessary. Reasonable fitness is required as we will be working outdoors on variable terrain.
