PRIME PUPS SCHOOL
​BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

YOUR COVID REQUIREMENTS - under ORANGE LIGHT system
​
  • Vaccination passes are no longer required
  • All persons attending (including family members) must register their details for a course is the course/program or activity is booked per dog. 
  • EARLY LEARNING PUPS PROGRAMS - Social distancing  and masks mandatory within any indoor public venues.
  • SCHOOL PUPS PROGRAM - these courses are based outdoors so masks are not mandatory but social distancing is required.
  • TOP TEENS PROGRAM - Social distancing and masks mandatory within any indoor public venue.
  • OUTDOOR COURSES, WORKSHOPS AND DOG SPORTS  - these courses are based outdoors so masks are not mandatory but social distancing is required.
  • ONE ON ONE SESSIONS - outdoor sessions at our premises require social distancing, masks are not mandatory. In home visits, your trainer is fully vaccinated and will be masked.
  • If you feel ill at any time please stay at home and self isolate and contact us immediately. Likewise if you have been a close contact anywhere currently listed on the Ministry for Health website.
  • Please understand that the above may change at any time according to updated Covid information and restrictions.

GENERAL PUPPY REQUIREMENTS

EARLY LEARNING PUPS, SCHOOL PUPS & TOP TEENS​​
  • For School Pups and Top Teens programs you must be happy to travel to different local locations for some of the classes.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class starting, otherwise you will disrupt the group and be excluded from the session.
  • ​You are required to clean up after your own dog so please bring poo bags with you.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary , depending on numbers attending or due to circumstances beyond our control. In these circumstances we will inform you as soon as possible, a full refund may apply.
  • By accepting these terms, you agree to us using any photos and videos for social media, marketing and commercial purposes.
  • If you cannot make one of the sessions then you will still be charged.
  • If you change your mind or do not attend, without giving at least 14 days notice, a refund will not be offered, a credit may be issued at our discretion.

PUPPY REQUIREMENTS

VACCINATIONS

EARLY LEARNING PUPS - 8-16 weeks of age
* Puppies must have had their first vaccinations at least 1 week prior to their first class - vaccinations are:
  • Parvo (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza) e.g. DHPPi, DHP, Vanguard 5
Note: Early Learning Pups classes are only run in private locations for their safety.

SCHOOL PUPS - 16-24 weeks of age
* Puppies must be fully vaccinated - vaccinations are:
  • Parvo (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza) e.g. DHPPi, DHP, Vanguard 5
  • Kennel Cough e.g. Nobivac KC, Canigen
  • Leptospirosis - the Leptospirosis vaccine is not compulsory to attend the program, however it is recommended if you are going into any rural areas.
TOP TEENS - 6-18 months of age
* Puppies must be fully vaccinated - vaccinations are:
  • Parvo (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza) e.g. DHPPi, DHP, Vanguard 5
  • Kennel Cough e.g. Nobivac KC, Canigen
  • Leptospirosis - the Leptospirosis vaccine is not compulsory to attend the program, however it is recommended if you are going into any rural areas. Please note we may use our rural premises in Aongatete for recall training for the last two weeks of the course.

GENERAL

TOP TEENS - 6-18 months of age
Puppies must have completed the School Pups program in order to attend Top Teens. 


EQUIPMENT

EARLY LEARNING PUPS, SCHOOL PUPS & TOP TEENS
  • Secure collar/harness and lead
  • Treat training pouch
  • Clicker (optional)
  • Good amount and variety of kibble and treats
  • Water and water bowl
  • Toys
  • Poo bags
  • No choke chains, no prong collars, no chain or retractable leads

Note: Please transport your dog in a safe manner when coming to classes. We recommend that you use a travel crate or a seat belt attachment in your car.
